Our solicitor apprenticeship is a six-year level 7 programme. All tuition fees are covered, apprentices will earn a salary and receive a Starting Work Bonus for expenses. The first two years are spent in four of the firm’s Business Services teams and the next two years in our fee earning departments This is followed by two years working and learning in two legal teams. In the final two years of the programme, solicitor apprentices will undertake the firms’ trainee solicitor six-seat rotation before qualifying. When joining, they will be allocated a buddy, mentor and supervisors and be offered continued support.
