Charles Russell Speechlys

Our established Solicitor Apprenticeship programme has been running for 6 years. You’ll experience a variety of practice areas and high-quality work with both private individuals and commercial clients. You’ll join the Early Talent induction and rotate departments every year initially. You’ll have responsibility from day one, whilst being supported by internal supervisors and university mentors, alongside our CRS business school Ignite programme designed to develop your professional and commercial skills. You’ll join our Trainee cohort in the final 2 years with the opportunity to go on secondment. You’ll be encouraged to give back through pro bono, volunteering and reverse mentoring.
