At RPC, we know that you’ll do your best if you’re free to be yourself. That’s why we only recruit genuine people with a desire to make a difference. It’s not essential to have studied law before, but you’ll need strong academic results and be able to show that you’re a hardworking and motivated team-player with communication skills and meticulous attention to detail to match.

Our UK Solicitor apprenticeship programme helps build the foundations of a successful career, with the training and support you’ll need to excel.

Over the course of the six-year programme, you’ll draw upon your ambitious and enthusiastic personality to develop your skills, learn new ones and grow your legal knowledge.

By combining a wide mix of work and study, you’ll gain a Level 7 qualification (including a law degree and the SQE exams) and be a fully qualified solicitor.

You’ll spend one day per week studying with The University of Law towards your law degree, and RPC also incorporates bespoke aspects of learning that we feel appropriate to your training and future success at RPC.

Every day will be different. One day you may be working on legal administrative tasks such as making attendance notes and producing data reports. Another day you may be carrying out research or drafting a legal document.

RPC has provided me with an incredibly supportive and nurturing environment that promotes both personal and professional development. The apprenticeship scheme has allowed me to participate in a diverse range of work, therefore offering continuous learning opportunities, valuable exposure to various departments and broadening my expertise.
